Teresa Harder

Teresa Harder is the Technology and Facilities Specialist for Schechter. Teresa is the “technology champion” for all Schechter technology platforms and supports both internal users and vendors. She is also the facility specialist and oversees/manages the real estate end of Schechter. She is responsible for making sure where Schechter teammates work and how clients experience Schechter is a WoW experience.

Prior to joining Schechter, Teresa worked for a Law Firm in Troy, Michigan for over 15 years as Manager of the Administrative Staff, IT Liaison/Training Expert, and Executive Assistant to the CEO. While there, she assisted in the growth of the company and the technology that was utilized.

Teresa attended Oakland University where she majored in Communications/Journalism. She is an avid gardener, enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and taking long walks with her Great Dane, Mera.
