Kevin Beauchamp

Kevin Beauchamp specializes in helping employers, advisors, and professional partners design, implement, and manage effective 401(k) and retirement plan solutions at Schechter. He works closely with financial advisors, CPAs, attorneys, and business owners to support plan fiduciary responsibilities, improve participant outcomes, and align retirement strategies with broader business and wealth objectives.

Kevin is known for building strong, collaborative relationships and for guiding partners through the complexities of plan design, investment selection, and ongoing plan governance. His approach emphasizes education, transparency, and long-term value—helping professionals enhance their client relationships while delivering competitive, compliant retirement plans.

Prior to joining Schechter, Kevin served as an external wholesaler at the boutique Boston-based firm Eaton Vance, where he focused on income-oriented investment strategies and wealth preservation in dynamic market environments. He also worked as an investment advisor with J.P. Morgan, further strengthening his foundation in investment management and client-focused planning.

Kevin resides in Oakland, Michigan with his wife, Erika, and their three daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active, playing golf, and attending sporting events.
